Brian Prudden welcome to BP. I recommend if you're looking for your first investment property to first find a good mortgage broker to help you so you know what you qualify for or a hard money lender which will help as well.

Welcome to BP @Brian Prudden! First thing I always suggest to new users is to get acquainted with the keyword alerts system. By setting your alerts you can have topics of interest to you delivered right to your attention. What I've found is there's a lot I don't know about real estate so I couldn't even begin to ask all the questions that I don't realize I don't know the answers to. The alerts help provide me with information I wouldn't even have thought to look for. If you need help setting yours up feel free to reach out!
