Entering real estate in Northern KY/Greater Cincinnati area
Hello! Just getting into real estate with my husband @Robbie Ward in Covington, KY (Greater Cincinnati area). We bought our first house in the city a year ago and see a lot of potential in this area--an area we want to invest in. We're looking into making our first deal in a multi-family or single family home to buy and hold (and rent). No experience in investing but learning as much as we can, reading and listening to as many BiggerPockets podcasts as our speakers can handle. We've been looking around on our own and will soon get some listings from an agent. In life outside of learning about real estate, I'm a Strategist at a marketing innovation firm. I love my job but don't want to rely on it for my income. That's where real estate comes in. My goal is to master the real estate investing business with my husband and we open to various avenues to get there. Also open to any advice and love to network! And excited to get going. Invest in multi-family in Cincinnati, OH. Have one 5 unit building now on east side of Cincinnati and in the process of purchasing a 4 unit building on the east side of Cincinnati as well. Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions or need help!
