Hi there,
I'm a long time entrepreneur and business owner of a tech consulting company in the Twin Cities; technically Excelsior/Minnetonka. This forum has been a wealth of knowledge and I am pleased to meet you all. I'm looking to invest in self storage, multifamily and would like to network with investors in my area.
@Jeremiah T. Welcome. I believe there is a tab under "community" up top that has a meet up section. What experience do you have with Self Storage and Multi-family?

If you can, download the Meet-Up application and search real estate. There are plenty of different RE meet-ups in the Twin Cities area.
There was just a BP Meet-Up last week. There is another that is on Facebook only which is called TwinREIA. It's a small get together but I find it to be beneficial.

@Jeremiah T. Welcome to the site, there are many local investors with experience in Multi-family. I haven't seen much on self-storage but if you search or create a thread you may get some help.
Would you be interested in a turn key moving and storage company? An old client of mine was looking to sell, I could reach out to him. Could setup for a hands off venture.

Welcome, Jeremiah! Yes, there are Meetups. You can search for them here on BP or search on MeetUp as well. They tend to meet 1/month or so. Last one was just last week. Other good groups are MNRec, MNReia (some good info but mostly filled with newbies), and Sean Blomquist at Pine Financial hosts some really helpful get togethers. Hope to see you around!
