I’m new to rehabbing and wholesaling . I will be purchasing my first property and am looking to connect with someone from that area that can provide some insight and knowledge on rehabbing/ wholesaling.
Brian, there are plenty of people around in South Jersey doing what you want to do. Maybe reach out to some people on here and offer to help them with something in exchange for “riding along” with them. :)
