Doctor and novice real estate investor looking to meet like-minded people for group buy & flips to raise capital for personal buy & holds. My goal is generational wealth-building through real estate. I currently have a single family rental, a vacant lot in a not-yet-developed-but-soon-to-be area of town, and a BRRR (that I currently live in and plan to for the next 3 years).     Episode 283 Paul Thompson - Quite a new episode but I would think everyone would agree this is a top episode. Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.) Plus...escape velocity...

    Episode 113 – Jay Papasan - Very practical slow and steady advice

    Episode 221 - Tim Shiner - his concept of equity build up and "shearing the sheep" shows some of the flexibility of real estate vs a 401k

    Last but not least, I also recommend all the tax advice given by my fellow CPAs on the BP Podcast.

    @Keyoka Smith, welcome aboard from a fellow novice investor.  We're enjoying the vast knowledge available with this group.  I'm sure you will, as well. 

    Thank you @Marlon Fong and @Account Closed for posting those resources for Keyoka.  We'll also check them out.  

    Lastly, we've been watching for details of any upcoming gathering.  If a meeting venue is ever a concern, my wife and I would be happy to host a meetup at our home in Ballentine.  We'll provide refreshments and hors d'oeuvres.  We'd love to meet everyone, hear your stories and dreams, and discover ways we can help each other become more successful in reaching our respective real estate goals.

    Thanks so much. I'll look into it. Is it the same as the group that meets for lunch once a month? Or is it different? I couldn't remember the name of the lunch one.
