Hi everyone! My name is Robby and I am a new investor in Santa Cruz, CA. I am a full-time paramedic, and I am looking to start investing in real estate to start making income outside of work as I realize that I won't be able to work as a paramedic for forever. I am brand new to real estate and stumbled across this site from real estate book, and just browsing the forums on BiggerPockets, it looks like this site is going to be a great resource. I look forward to connecting with people and learning more!
