Just wanted to do an Introduction. Currently living in Niagara Falls Canada but will be moving to Saint John New Brunswick in March where I hope to buy my first multi residential in a few months.

Hi Patrick, I've done three deals in SJ and currently own 2 buildings out there. Lots to learn before buying in that market! I've covered some common pitfalls if you want to follow me and read those old posts. It's going to open up a lot of opportunities for you as a live-in landlord doing a multi-unit house-hack... especially if you're handy and can do some fixing up yourself!
