Some of the best advice on here focuses on creative financing and learning from other people's deals - make sure to set up key word alerts for topics you are interested in and that will help you narrow in on the, sometimes overwhelming, wealth of information on this site. But of course, as you're going through and have questions - feel free to keep posting in the forums! I find it invaluable to get in-sight from folks in all different phases of REI and that is an great resource in and of itself.
