Hello BP people.......
Guess my intro goes a little something like this......
I'm 39 married with 4 kids. Career Firefighter/Captain of 18yrs. I'm new to the REI arena I've been hard studying/learning over the last 2 months pretty much daily via podcasts, YouTube, analyzing properties, audiobooks ect. I dedicate hours daily to learning sometimes 8+ hours. My interest lies in BRRRR and flips of sf and eventually mf deals. I look forward to networking here and learning more from many of you. Maybe one day we can work a deal together. I'm super focused and my goal is to have completed my first deal by the end of 2020.
