Hello BP people.......

Guess my intro goes a little something like this......

I'm 39 married with 4 kids. Career Firefighter/Captain of 18yrs. I'm new to the REI arena I've been hard studying/learning over the last 2 months pretty much daily via podcasts, YouTube, analyzing properties, audiobooks ect. I dedicate hours daily to learning sometimes 8+ hours. My interest lies in BRRRR and flips of sf and eventually mf deals. I look forward to networking here and learning more from many of you. Maybe one day we can work a deal together. I'm super focused and my goal is to have completed my first deal by the end of 2020.

Hi @Adam Espeut, welcome to BP. I'm also a newbie investor that lives in Maurice, La. I also attend the meetups with @Robert Leonard and get a ton of value from these meetups. Hopefully, I will see you around.

Good luck with your first deal.

It would be real easy for me to post a link to the website, but the moderators here delete posts with external website links.
You may be able to find some of our old meeting announcements on the networking page here. That’s the only place that external links are allowed.

Yes Robert. Outside links to meetups are not allowed per our rules. You can post in OUR events page, and then link to that listing if you'd like.
