New to BP/ Long Term Investing/ Las Vegas Area
Looking to start my investment journey in the Las Vegas Market. Have most of my research on Buy and Hold/BRRRR investments in multi family homes. I think that is the direction I am leaning towards. Looking for advice/life lessons.
Looking to gain as much knowledge as possible and make as many connections as I can.
My lone investment was a buy and hold that I personally lived in. This condo was located in Charlotte, NC. Lots of lessons were learned including how valuable my VA loan is. More about this in my profile.
A little bit about me, college graduate and Army Veteran. Currently do B2B Sales for a fortune 500 company. Huge Carolina sports fan, my girlfriend currently works for the knights!

@Zeke Liston I do not have much knowledge on long distance investing so I was planning on it. Not out of the question though.
