Hey Everyone! My name is Tate and I currently live in Sacramento, Ca. I have been actively building my wholesaling business since April 2013. I am excited to be apart of the Bigger Pockets group as there are some very knowledgable investors here! I have not completed my first deal yet, and I am doing everything i can to create leads. If you are an investor of any type in the Sacramento Area feel free to contact me if you need help with anything, and don't be surprised if I contact you first. I am looking to network with as many people as I can and build strong business relationships.

@Matt Iacovazzi May have a lead (vacant SFR) for you on Sunrise Blvd. Owner lives in Orangevale. Missed you at the meet-up this past Tuesday. After our own meet-up 4-5 months ago (probate info) with your partner Kit and not having heard from you, I thought I scared you away. Good to see your first post's.

Kyle, Jared and Al, are you guys having any luck in this booming market? I have been getting about 6 calls/day from "motivated" sellers. I have not gotten a sale as of yet but it is nice seeing a growing response to my hours and hours of putting up Bandit Signs! What do you guys see working best for leads? Thanks!
Tate I'm new at wholesaling and I'm in Sacramento. I generated my list off of Listsource.com and I'm getting ready to mail my yellow letters aftrr I build a website. I was curious what you used to generate motivated sellers. I read that you have closed any deals yet, why do you think that is? Is wholesaling in sacramento not a good move?
