First Time Investor- Pensacola Florida Area

Greetings. My name is Matthew Agrusti. I am 21 years old and looking to start my investing journey in a couple of months. I am in the Marine Corps and will be moving down to Pensacola in around 8 months for flight school. I plan on buying, rehabbing, and renting a property and am looking to meet others that may have investments in this area. Thank you!

    Matthew,

    Welcome! You'll love Pensacola and being here for flight school! I actually used to teach the Introductory Flight Screening (IFS) program in Milton and have had the opportunity to meet and train lots of flight students like yourself. It's a great place to do training. I personally am new to BP but have invested locally in the STR vacation rental condos on the beach. I'm diversifying myself and looking to get into single/multi family LTRs to grow a more robust portfolio.
