Rick Jarman (realestateoldschool) passed away from covid. I enjoyed the podcast he did with BiggerPockets and loved all of his Instagram videos.

    Huge loss, loved his appearance on the podcast and all his knowledge he shared in the videos he'd post. Seemed like a really great guy.

    I've been wondering why he hasn't uploaded any new content in his IG. I just found out right now. He was my undercover mentor. I'm going to miss papa bear.

    He was such a pragmatic guy and a pleasure to listen to on the podcast and his YouTube videos. I loved that he pushed back against the idea that people MUST graduate to large multifam. He never felt the need to, and never felt like the grass was greener on that side. He gave generously from his fund of knowledge.This is terrible news. .

    Very sad to hear about this. Rick was a good man who loved what he did, loved his family, and gave sound advice. A true inspiration for the real estate investment community. May he Rest In Peace. I will continue to watch his videos and follow his guidance.

    Joe Rogan says he took Ivermectin tablets prescribed by his MD and it cured him of COVID (and never had a vaccine).
