Quickbooks or Buildium? I need advice.
Can anyone lead me in the right direction here: I am beginning to manage some of my fathers properties and we need to know what is the best software to record income and expenses.
I am familiar with quickbooks and I have heard of buildium. Is there any others I should be looking at. I need software for a landlord who needs to manage his daily income and expenses in a more efficient manner.
