@Jon Klaus  Thanks Jon!  I'll use that as my excuse for not being more active on BP :D  This year is flying by, and we've got plenty of clients to keep up busy.  I'm hoping to start focusing more on the sell side of the business.  I've hired an incredible asset to the team, and know our stats for the end of year will be even better.  We're on track to hit 5MM, which keeps the hustle in our step, but I'm hoping to hit 6.  At the same time we've expanded our PM operations by 25%, vetted new vendors, and are chugging through the busy leasing season without missing a beat.

@Joshua Dorkin  Thanks Josh!  I'm planning to make a nice graphic to throw up on the site.  I'll make sure to include the $ invested per $ closed and then the power of BP will really shine through!
