Lots of requests for mid term rentals
We have been getting a lot of requests for mid term rentals. We have basically switch some of our properties from short term Airbnb’s to mid term rentals.
Currently looking to buy the next property to help accommodate some of the requests we are getting.
Anyone else getting these type of requests for mid term stays?

You're in the right forum to learn about MTRs. While a lot of STRs, and properties in general, can work as an MTR, really nailing down who you'd like to serve can absolutely help guide your purchase decision on your next property.
