Beginner looking to get into WholeSale Real Estate

My Name is Eric and I live in Las Vegas Nevada. I have been seeing a lot of things about whole sale real estate and I’m really interested in it. Where do I start? What should I look for? I have tons of questions and do not really know where to start. Any help would be really appreciated!

Just search on BiggerPockets search. There is a lot of Information on here. Once you find a property, if it is an actual good deal i'll buy it.

Just search on BiggerPockets search. There is a lot of Information on here. Once you find a property, if it is an actual good deal i'll buy it.

You are in the right place, between bigger pockets, google, and YouTube, you have everything you need. I would start with a common place and a goal where you want to be in terms of knowledge week after week. Continue to write confusing questions down and google them to find insight and answers. Reasses your knowledge in a month or two to determine next steps. We are always here to help :)

Eric, I also live in Las Vegas but invest in other areas. I would love to learn about this with you. If you are comfortable we could meet up for coffee or a beer we discuss and learn from each other as we both research it.

I own several SFHs and a small apt complex. I bought them all of them off the MLS, but that is getting nearly impossible. I got lucky and snagged a great one in December, but they are getting harder and harder to find and I have to come up with another plan.

@Eric Brown plenty of information on YouTube to help you. BP can be a bit anti wholesalers at time so ignore that. I think Vena Cox-Jones has the best courses on wholesaling.

There is a plethora of resources, information and how to's. It is super easy to get lost in it all too! 2 of my favorite resources for getting started are flip with rick mastery course (It's free) and Vena Cox-Jones also! Coree real estate group is $25/month and it gives access to free info, forms, training from Vena Cox-Jones.
