I am scared because a TV Guru said I can’t get rich really quick but I discover on Bigger Pockets there is no such thing, it is get rich slow. Finally, I am scared because if I succeed with finding and completing my first deal, my world is going to change…

The day I stop being scared is the day I realize I'm not pressing forward hard enough...hopefully you'll learn to live with the apprehension, but you don't ever want it to go away...
