Why there isn't a centralized listing site for wholesalers/ wholesale deals?

It is a pain to sift through many many listings and emails. Craigslist is just not made for it. Either I am doing something wrong, or there is some serious room for a new listing service / website.

My other question is, wholesellers out there, if such service existed, would you post your deals there?

Because if it is a real deal, it should be sold in less time than it takes to enter it into a website. The site you're talking about should be named www.notreallyawholesaledeal.com
