Best way to find wholesalers for my areas

Hey Dave, I just answered this in another thread just 2 minutes ago haha. 

I recommend going to Facebook and searching up key related words associated with your market. Join them and you'll see a bunch of wholesalers on a daily basis sending out or asking for deals. I get in touch with them and ask to join their email list.

Also you can try to find investor friendly agents. Most times these agents already have a working relationship with reputable wholesalers since they have value-added deals. They're way more savvy as well when it comes to dealing with wholesaler and some of their "tactics". Best of luck.

    Best way to find wholesalers is to look up " sell my house for cash" and a majority of the websites you see will be wholesalers. 

    You can also attend local REIA events to network with other investors and wholesalers.

    Join FB groups local to you as well.

     I'm just now starting out with residential. Just finished my 1st flip. I would like to get into the commercial business after I get some more knowledge and experience. My partner is in the commercial business. So if ypu would like to pass any info to me I can send it his way. Thank you.

    I'm a wholesaler myself. The best way to find people like myself is through joining Facebook real estate groups. Search up Ohio Real Estate Groups on Facebook. There's a group in particular called "Wholesale Real Estate" and there are lots of us in there.

       Thank you. Yea I'm in that group. Guess it's just tough in my buy areas.
