Hi there,

Really excited about BPCON this year! Looking at the room options, I'd love to share a Superior Deluxe Garden or Ocean view room (2 queen beds) with 1 more Female attendee. It just seems way more fun this way, plus who doesn't love a good deal!

I'm a female in late 30s with pretty active and positive personality, easy to get along with, clean, organized, and respectful of personal space, and would be expecting the same from you. Would love to match with someone of the same age / energy level, but will keep an open mind.

Also, I will likely be looking to extend my time in Cancun for 2-3 more nights (could be more). Open to stay at the same hotel or move elsewhere. If you have similar plans, that would be a match made in heaven, lol :)

Excited for my first BPCON this year! I am a 30 year old technology(data science) professional who has been dabbling in real estate as a side gig. I just closed my 3rd deal this month and looking to network and learn a lot during BPCON. Unfortunately I will be travelling by myself and could not convince anyone to attend with me. To keep costs low I'd like to find someone who shares similar goals to split a Garden View or Ocean view hotel room. I am clean and tidy and will treat the room as a quiet space, but would love to hangout at the events and make new friends.

My name is Jonah. I'm a male.

I am just now seeing the link for this section of the forum, so here we are.

I've already booked a Swim Up Suite - King Bed for the 6-9th. I am looking to come in on the 4th though so I can do some scuba diving and site seeing as this will be my 1st time in Cancun.

If interested in room hacking and we seem to get off on the right foot, I can look into converting it to a two bed room.

I am an IT Manager for the day to day. I'm pretty new to the real estate investing game but obviously looking to gain the skill and knowledge to eventually build an empire. :)

I am a clean, quiet, and respectful person and looking for the same while rooming together for these few days.

I live in Vegas but originally from SoCal. I enjoy lifting, scuba diving, being active, travel, tech, just to name a few.

If anyone is thinking about going (and HAS NOT bought a ticket) and wants to share a room let me know. Originally booked for 2 people (with 2 beds) but looks like my second won't be able to attend (check in Oct 5 & check out Oct 9). We would split the price and I could change the 2nd attendee to whomever. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

about me: I’m 22! I bought my 2-flat in November 2023, 2 weeks before my 22nd birthday. Other than real estate I love dance, especially Latin dance styles, a good bottomless mimosa brunch, travel, and relaxing to a good Netflix/hulu show with some dessert!

Hi everyone! I am super excited about BP Con 2024, and have already booked a double room Ocean View. I am looking for another likeminded individual to hotel hack with.

I am a late thirties, real estate agent/ flipper, airbnb host, and long term buy and holder from NC! I am super relaxed with 2 small children. I love my sleep, especially while being away from the kiddos so looking for someone who’s not a party animal, or who snores. I am usually an early riser, and would more than likely go to gym in the AM. Would love to extend a night, and explore some of the cenotes! Please DM me, email, or text us best.
