We are recording some episodes in person and would love to have some Rookie guests join us! We have slots available on Sept 8th and 9th. We will be recording in a studio in Ontario, California. We are looking for Rookies with less than 10 deals or an expert that wants to share exactly how to break down a specific niche, strategy or business model. If you just closed on your first deal we want you! It is fresh in your mind how you implemented on that deal and you are the best person to share that experience to help someone else get their first deal. Lastly, if you are a pro in personal finance we would love to do a show with you to help Rookies get their finances in order.

In your application mention that you want to record with us in person and can make one of those days!

    I am in Malibu, Ontario is about an hour and 15 min. I have owned for along time, about 57 units now, but I am not a success story, quite the contrary.

      That should be the theme-- not a success story.


      Of course, they are going to cherry pick a wide-eyed small potato landlord that hasn't touched any adversity. It pays to keep it real and they cannot afford it.

      Chris we should have a panel of Old dudes RE .. what I learned after 3 to 5 decades and multiple cycles.. Some West coast folks Mid country and East coast to also get regional actionable information.
