Excited to be heading to BPCON 2026 with my family!

This will be my first BPCON, and I’m really looking forward to meeting other investors, learning from people doing great things in real estate, and making some new connections.

How old are your kid(s)?
I have gone to quite a few BPCons. I find them all to be motivating.
my son just went under contract on his first flip. He ignored my guidance to start small. It was not the only advice I gave that he ignored. Hopefully he makes money; it sucks to work for free. It closes almost immediately after we get back (after BPCon we are going to emerald coast to look at units and have some fun).

maybe we can meet each other at the conference.

Congrats on heading to your first BPCON Dinas, bringing family along makes the whole experience ten times better.
The biggest piece of advice for a first-timer is not to stress about catching every single breakout session on the schedule. The real value of BPCON is almost always in the hallways, hotel lobbies, and evening meetups where people are talking through real deals and comparing notes on what is actually working in their markets right now.
Make sure to exchange contacts right in the Whova app as you meet people so you do not leave with a pocket full of cards you forget to follow up on. Have a great time in Orlando with the family.
