The PM signed a lease with tenants on our behalf that included things in the contract with the tenants that we said we didn't want included that we found out after it was signed (professional bed maintenance and window cleaning prior to move in, regular lawn maintenance, and snow removal).

I didn’t leave enough of a safety buffer, and shortly after, I had a chimney collapse on a 3.5 story tall building that damaged the roof and even went through a neighbor’s window.
