In a professional real estate business forum, it would behoove oneself to write in complete sentences, with proper grammar and punctuation, and present a good business case, supported by numbers, when you make an ask... 

It's interesting how the emails and texts get longer and more emotional while the spelling and grammar gets worse.I'll be filing a fraud claim with the Federal Trade Commission.
