Using AI in Your Mortgage Note Business

I am curious to know how note investors (and private $ lenders, fund amangers, etc.) are using AI in their workflow. I use it some for my podcast, idea/content creation, presentations, meeting trancripts, Loom, etc., but I'd love to know if anyone is employing AI in a unique way. Marketing? Lead generation/tracking? Deal flow? Asset/porfolio mangement? Investor relations? Money management? If so, which tools specifically?

 oh boy. Here we go.

1. Start with the low hanging fruit, using chat gpt to write some social media or blog posts or clean up a newsletter to make it more professional. You can also take a podcast and take out top 5 things from that episode and use it for marketing.

We last year moved everything over to microsoft which has copilot, so all our meetings are in teams which it transcribes the calls and using copilot if someone says "chris send an email to jamie by friday" it will auto create a task for me so I do not need to go in and create it.

Regarding lead gen/tracking, copilot can see our CRM and who we have touched base with and who we have not to re engage or engage with them.

Investor relations and Asset management similar - all starts with data - we can take investor relations data and input it into a model to analyze some of the data we have that can point to KPI's like average time after a booked call to invest etc.

For AM, it can take average foreclosure time to foreclose in X state with Y attorney, what the cost is etc.

Models continue to improve and use cases also continue to improve - personally does not take out human factor - to me it just is a way to provide more data points to review.
