The common theme is the audience doesn't know to ask "how" or "why" before making their purchases.At this point, I am genuinely unsure what kind of messaging actually cuts through and captures attention, and more importantly what convinces investors to pay for proactive advisory services rather than waiting until a problem or realization event forces their hand.I used to spend about 10 hours a week consulting with investors across the country on proactive asset protection systems.

The amount of crap out there regarding Sub2, as well as the attitudes of other people towards it and those that employ the technique, is genuinely staggering. 

In 2021, I left a 22-year career in pharmacy to go all-in on real estate and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.My goal here is simple: connect with other local (and regional) investors, share what’s working, learn what others are seeing in today’s market, and build genuine relationships.

Also in order for them to help you narrow a buy box and present you with genuine opportunities, you should be clear about your goals, budget and approach when you reach out.Good luck!
