Initially, when we went live, I priced it competitively, and it seemed like a good price.

Some of my initial research has pointed to work with real estate attorneys and tax CPAs - I am wondering if this seems accurate to anyone who has gone through this process or if you have any suggestions to aide in my search.

My question is, are there conventional or DSCR lenders that would allow me to refinance 70-75% of just the initial purchase price, not the ARV, with no or little seasoning?

Placement can also be slower — initial approvals often take longer than placing a market-rate tenant.
