The vast majority of these “probes” result in either flat out rejected offers or counters that aren’t anywhere near doable.  

We allow a gift of equity on our balance sheet product, but I have not found a secondary market (the vast majority of DSCR products) that allow for a gift iof equity.

What role will you do as they all seem vastly different - Multifamily Operations, Acquisitions or asset management?

Many will hate this uncomfortable truth, because the vast majority were in fear mode, eating up YT BS about the end of everything.

There are definitely people out there that will treat others poorly no matter how nice you are to them, but it has been my experience that the vast majority of humans are good people and have good intentions.

Lastly, I believe you can learn just as much by simply educating yourself in all areas of the game with the vast amount of free information on the internet.
