For apartments, you have to see what the competition is doing, newer complexes and luxury places have washer/dryer in the individual unit.

"Disregarded" entities can typically be kept in the same QBO Plus subscription, separated by the location feature.

QBO has everything you need to run a business, including excellent reporting features and integration with other software.
