Hi BP Community, if i install laundry hooks ups and add some basic washer and dryer, would this help to fill the Unit faster. and set market rents

I think this is more market specific. If other units offer laundry services and you don’t then you are at a disadvantage. If most don’t offer it and you do then I think it’s a big plus. I always provide it as it is typical of most units in my markets.

I like to stand out from my competition by offering something that others don’t provide or at least provide updated features. It’s all about your competition.
