It's not a native BP but very awesome for saving anything and sharing.

I'm a native, and we are rare because we're used to more open spaces/suburbs so city living isn't as appealing to native Georgians.

I have read and responded to these doom-preaching rants of "housing collapse" and "Mad Max" type predictions since Feb/March, and we are still here, none of those were correct and none came to be, and none have come on to offer a post stating they were wrong and over reacted and should have followed the data and math. 

I'm a Boston native (Yay Pats!).

I appreciate that specific feedback about what is appealing and how a potential owner may react. 

Newbie investor here but a Cleveland native for all 25 years of life!!
