ok. here's mine...one of my rentals has 7-9 cracks in the basement. most of them are diagonal. there was a tree 8 ft away (dont even tell me people should never do that arrrrrh), but i cut that down.paid 1,600 to fill 4 cracks with special (poly) epoxy that expands and fills all tiny cracks in the area.
