I have a few ideas in mind already but I'm absolutely horrible in the designer/creative visualization area....would love to see how others would chime in

First, move it "down-under", so it's right side up. :-)

Second, wait for the spring thaw so you'll know what you're tackling.

Third, visualize the kind of curb appeal you're after. Consider the other homes in the neighborhood and what would fit in, then aim for at least one notch above that.
