Looking to rent one of my appartment, what is thr best software to start managing tenant remotely ?

I was able to manage over 100 units by myself with that software.

I am not sure how the software works though.

You don't need any software to get started.

I use QBO exclusively for my real estate clients and my own portfolio because its integrations and features make it more efficient than other software.

I would definitely have a process in place and if you are not using software platform then at least an email instead of just a text.

There are two stages/options of showing assistance software:1) Scheduling: for any landlord with 20+ doors or a PMC will find trying to coordinate scheduling showings with prospects is a HUGE time-suck.

I have all my clients on QBO to track with different Classes for each property and use the Statements to confirm balances, which is usually copying prior month transactions and adjusting them if needed, then having the bank accounts sync in other transactions too. 

As best I can tell it compels the seller to go through what it calls a Tax Confirmation Suit, which is a specilized kind of quiet title action.
