I visited twice wasn't able to reproduce it and also had an HVAC technician take a look, as well, and he wasn't able to reproduce it, but my guess is that there really is a problem, as they swear up and down that it gets bad sometimes and I see no reason for them to make it up.

As someone who has built from ground up IE bought the land put in the UTLS and built the homes ( Close to 500 in the last 10 years in multiple states) The affordability issue is as much a location problem as anything.

I think that the vast majority are sincere in that they desire independence, wealth accumulation, status and are willing to work for it.The problem as I see it is that almost all these individuals lack education and experience in business, so they tend to be easily misled by the hucksters, promoters, and braggarts pushing the narrative of no experience, education or money needed for success in these endeavors.
