First Deal program

Posted

I have been trying to buy my first property  without luck. I am thinking of Enrolling in the first deal program with Brandon Turner. Cost a lot $8000 for 12 months. Has anyone try this program?

is it worth it?

Hey @O Samuel Adekolujo! What areas are you looking in and what purchase prices are you focused on? How much cash are you able/willing to put into a deal?

Finding deals off market is definitely something you can do without a "mentor". Just being active and visible in the areas you want to buy in can work wonders. Eventually you'll start developing relationships with people in the market that will bring you off market deals, but they have to believe that you can close the deal.
