Hi everyone! We’re Nadia and Raphael, a husband-and-wife duo new to real estate investing. I’m from the South and discovered my love for renovations after turning my hurricane-damaged 2BD/1BA into a 3BD/2BA — now a rental since early 2025! Raphael’s from New York and just getting started building his portfolio as we focus on investing down South.

Outside of real estate, we love exercising, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Raphael’s big on aviation and podcasts, while I can spend hours in home stores dreaming up design ideas. Excited to learn, connect, and grow with this amazing community!
