1031 exchange to an assumable VA Loan property
Has anyone done a 1031 exchange to an assumable VA loan property? Looking to find someone that has experience with that before trying to attempt to do one with my investment property. TIA!

Thanks for that shout out @Bill B.. It was great chatting with you this morning @Kari Klein. Like we talked about, It's a great idea. As long as the loan can be assumed by an investor and there is no requirement to live in the property it can be done.
The biggest issue will probably be the time necessary for the VA to approve. But as long as you identify that property in the first 45 days. You will still have another 135 days to close. Hopefully, the VA can move that quickly.
