Mass Mailings or Somethings Else?

When you have your buy box determined, what system do you like best for contacting property owners about selling?

If you are looking for fix and flips, I think that mass mailings especially to your targetted audience works. Please be cautious though and pay attention to your mail house, lots of them are going under and make sure not to pre pay anything until you have confirmed that they are still in business.

With that being said, if you have a great buy box, stick to that and mail them constantly. Make sure the mail piece has the "Wow" factor meaning

W - Wording is on point and has clear definition.

O - Open story about yourself, businesss, etc. Talk to folks about who you are and what you are all about. Don't be another mailer they just open.

W - What's in it for me, tell them how fast you ccould close, how they would get the funds, title company being used, agent commission being saved, etc. Put yourself in these folks position by being empathic and at the same time answering the pressing questions that most folks have.
