Storage Unit - Business Plans
Hi everyone this is my first post on here. I have a question about business plans. I am in the process of trying to purchase some land to open up a much needed storage facility in Montana. I was told that the SBA loves storage units however I need to have a rock solid business plan. I was wondering if anyone here has a business plan that I can use as an example for a start-up self storage business that was successful in funding?
