Real Estate Course, should I pay for it?

Is it worth taking a course? Am I better off my learning of off BP, youtube, reddit and books? The courses are usually expensive, and I see a lost of posts saying you are better off investing that money since people that attend these courses usually never actually invest. Any feedback

My first step was not to buy a book, attend a course, or talk to a mentor. My first step was to just buy a well cashflowing rental property. That first property taught me more than enough through real-life experience.
