Hi All,

I'm looking to buy an investment property in out of state in Houston, TX. I've been analyzing Houston for sometime now and haven't been able to find much properties that cash flow. I've visited the city numerous times, I have family there, and I've made some connections that make me feel comfortable investing here. However, nothings catching my interest. I'm looking to connect with an investor friendly realtor who has some recommendations on specific area in Houston and/or neighboring cities. Any help would be great appreciated.

Would love to help. Friendswood, League City, and Pearland as well as Galveston have rental markets that demand good rents and have a lot of options. With the strong job market in Houston there should be room to capitalize on long term growth as Houston expands.
