Skip tracing resources

Hello!

I am working my way to becoming a wholesaler/investor.  I have a list of properties I've found, off market. I am having some trouble skip tracing these. I've typically been doing the foot work. I talk to neighbors. I ask around the area. I find as much info as I can on internet searches. I am hoping someone can shine some light on other skip tracing resources I could be using, to get contact info on these properties. Any help is appreciated! I am in the St. Louis/Metro St. Louis area. Thank you, for your time. Also, any investors, or other wholesalers in the area, I would love to link up and get to know the other players in the area. Lets connect!

@Bryan Fleming I use FreedomSkips.com same high quality data as Batch, NeedtoSkip, and SkipGenie without the high prices. This is literally Tear1 data for Pennie’s. I get about an 85% hit rate.
