New Investor! Looking to build a team
Hey everyone, Carlos here, new to BiggerPockets and Real Estate investing as a whole! I have been in learning mode for a while now and want to start taking actionable steps in acquiring my first rental properties, ideally LTRs with a mix of STRs to maximize cash flow and appreciation. I am looking to get in touch with investor-friendly agents and lenders who can be in my corner as I navigate the real estate investing process and get my started on my portfolio! I have about $80k to begin my investment journey! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
