I'm a retired disabled veteran with over three years of experience in commercial interior construction management—coordinating subcontractors, managing suppliers, and overseeing project timelines. I’ve also run my own business and currently lead a skilled drywall crew that handles interior finishes, doors, windows, siding, and light plumbing.

I’m new to real estate investing and looking to learn from someone experienced in the field. I’m happy to roll up my sleeves and trade my labor, skills, and construction expertise in exchange for mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities.
