A Long Shot
Hello BP community!
My name’s Esteban, and I’m looking to get more of an understanding in real estate. I’ve learned a lot through podcasts and videos, but I’d really like to see the process in action or present time. Whether that’s shadowing someone (like a coach/mentor) or asking questions as they work on a property (fix & flip, long-term rental, etc.). I'm looking around Los Angeles or neighboring areas of it.
