Start to financial freedom

Kyle Patel
Posted

Hey all! I'm new to RE investing and want to build wealth and financial freedom as early as possible. I am eager to get started but just feel like I don't have enough money to get started, especially in my market. What are ways some of you all built up capital quicker or how you all got started originally?

Thanks.

@Kyle Patel

Most people start the same way. If you can house hacking or partnering with someone who has capitals. If your local market’s too expensive, look into out of state markets with lower entry points where you can still cash flow.

Focus on increasing your income, saving aggressively, and learning how to analyze deals now. The more prepared you are when the right opportunity shows up, the faster you’ll move.
