Hello all,

If I may tap into your collective advice about priorities: I want get into my first investment. Should I be looking for a property or figuring out how to structure the business side of it? Am I overthinking this?  Thanks in advance!

Hey @Ahron Benmergui, I'd say don't overcomplicate it. From my experience, your first priority is finding a solid deal that cash flows or has clear value-add potential. You can form the LLC, bank account, and paperwork once you're under contract or about to close. What I would recommend is learn what a good deal looks like in your target market, building basic relationships with a lender and agent, and starting underwriting properties. When the right deal shows up, you'll be motivated to put the structure together because you'll have a real asset to protect.
