Between Christmas and New Years!
Hello,
closing on my first deal on the last day of this year. Its a soft close will go over to a friend's house, she's a notary to complete the packet. The sellers have been unhelpful this process, slow and unresponsive.
Good part of this time of year is I can sit down and go over trends in real estate.
How about anyone else ? Does anyone else use this time of year to look at trends?
